The full health check brings four measurements together in a single appointment:
- Cholesterol: the fats in your blood that are linked to heart and circulatory health.
- HbA1c: your average blood sugar over the past two to three months.
- Blood pressure: how hard your heart is working to move blood around your body.
- BMI: a measure based on your height and weight, used as a general guide to healthy weight.
Who is the test for?

It is also a convenient way to check in between GP appointments. It is not a replacement for care from your GP, and any concerns about your results are best discussed with them.
